Join Faculty Director Victor and his wife Farah tonight at 7pm EDT for a virtual cooking demonstration! They'll be making Costan Rican Gallo Pinto (vegan and gluten free)! This will also be a chance for us to share our culinary interests, what our favorite foods are and discuss how food is intertwined with local culture.
