West Philadelphia is one of the most vibrant, multicultural, and alternative neighborhoods of the city! Come with us, Oscar and Lidia, for a walk on the West side, and to become acquainted with some of the iconic sites of the area. This Sunday (9/26) we are going to take a stroll through some of the district’s most enjoyable streets, cafés, eateries, ethnic markets, and thrift stores --and to the lovely Clark Park. We will gather at KCECH’s front door by 10:45 am, and leave at 11am.

Future walks will include the historical and gorgeous Woodlands Cemetery (such a great background for your Halloween pictures, and for artistic photography in general!), a visit to the Making Worlds bookstore and social activism center, the Clark Park Saturday Farmers’ Market, and more.
