Spanish Literary & Cinema Table

What:

Are you taking Spanish? Are you a native Spanish speaker? Do you want to practice your Spanish skills in a very relaxed environment? Do you like literature? Mystery stories? Join us this Thursday (9/30) at 8 pm at the Class of 1938 Lounge, for a conversation about “En la estepa,”  ("On the Steppe") a disturbing short story written by Samanta Schweblin, one of the most well know contemporary women writers in Latin America. You don’t need to have a high-level proficiency in the language (we are also providing the English translation of the story, so you will not feel lost in the discussion).
