The Ethics of Eating - Presentation and Discussion by the Educated Choices Program (Vegan Pastries provided)

What:

The presentation by the Educated Choices Program on The Ethics of Eating will explore how politics, economics and new modern farming methods for raising animals and producing food crops have affected ecosystems and 
human health now and over time. Some of the issues illuminated are impact on human and animal health, climate change, depletion of natural resources, deforestation and world hunger on our planet.
