Your Residential Services Manager – more commonly known as your RSM, is the first point of contact for most residential concerns and provide services and support in areas of security, maintenance, and equipment rentals.   • PROBLEM SOLVER & ADVOCATE Your RSM can help you with access issues for your building and room. They also, provide assistance and follow up with maintenance and housekeeping issues. They set priorities, follow up on open work orders, and call for emergency repairs.
  • LIAISON - Your RSM works hand-in-​hand with various campus partners, including Allied Universal and the Division of Public Safety in case of an emergency.
  • RESOURCE - Your RSM provides information and resources to residents, from explaining how to put in a work order request to giving directions to the subway. They oversee the delivery of daily services to residents and House staff, and keep abreast of concerns affecting house condition, appearance, and operations.
  • FOUNTAIN OF KNOWLEDGE - Your RSM will start to be a familiar face at KCECH. Take the time to reach out to her. She will come to know everything there is to know about the building's operations.

ABOUT ADRIENNE:

Adrienne comes to us from the Penn Children’s Center where she served in a temporary role as an Administrative Assistant where she assisted in various capacities including front desk operations and classroom events and activities. Prior to working at ​PCC, she served in short term roles with CHAS (House Coordinator for Harrison College House) and with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (Materials Handler and Service Partner). Adrienne brings with her over 10 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles.

Adrienne enjoys reading, knitting blankets, and is a self-taught crafter of many things such as candles and bath bombs. She's a people person and is very excited to get to know you all and to lend an ear to those who need someone to listen. Adreinne's experience along with her energy and excitement will be great assets to KCECH and to the Residential Services team.
