KCECH has traditionally taken part in tree planting throughout West Philly. This Saturday the plantings of 38 trees in West Philadelphia will take place on November 17 from 9am to 1pm at Malcom X Park on 5100 Pine Street, and are being coordinated by PHS and UC Green Tree Tenders and other civic organizations. We need a team of 5 to 6 volunteers from our House to participate. Coffee and donuts in the morning and pizza at lunch are provided to the volunteers.
