K-Zoom Talk: Queer Representation and Disney

What:

Hey Everyone!

Last year, STWing hosted a series of student delivered presentations called STWing talks. They are essentially (STWed)talks (patent pending) that could span anywhere between ten minutes to half an hour, delivered by students on topics that they are passionate about. So far, we have had a slew of interesting presentations on topics such as Minecraft Architecture, Worldbuilding, The history of Comic Books, The Philosophy of Aesthetics etc.

Considering the plethora of ideas that originated within STWing itself, we're excited to see what the whole house can bring! Therefore, this year, STwing Talks are K-Zoom talks (patent pending). These talks(patent pending) can be about anything that interests you, academic or otherwise, in any format that you see fit. Want to deliver a presentation with questions at the end? An interactive discussion? Want to drop a question and break up your audience into break out rooms to discuss while you finish your math homework? It's all encouraged!

Anyone who is interested please sign up for a K-Zoom Talk using this google form: https://forms.gle/igkYVjbqjxCuxKwSA

The first K-Zoom talk will be held this Saturday at 6pm Eastern Time. It will be on "Queer Representation and Disney", delivered by Maddy Adams. They have put in a lot of work into this and are quite knowledgeable in the field, so be sure to attend!
